Brynn + Austin | Oaks at Oak Plantation Engagement -

One of the highest compliments that we can get as wedding photographers is referral business. That’s why we’re so excited to be the wedding photographers for Brynn and Austin’s upcoming wedding at The Oaks at Oak Plantation, just south of Houston. We first met Brynn when photographing her cousin’s wedding, and we were thrilled when she reached out to us! It was wonderful to be able to see her and her fiancée, Austin, at the plantation to capture their engagement session.

ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS AT THE OAKS AT OAK PLANTATION

We met up with Brynn and Austin on a sunny August day at what will be their wedding venue, The Oaks at Oak Plantation in Rosharon, Texas. It’s just a little bit south of Houston, but it’s truly a breathtaking venue. The Oaks at Oak Plantation is a newer Houston wedding venue, so we were excited to photograph their engagement session here. The venue sits on a working ranch with over 500 acres of Texas farmland and award-winning cattle. We were surrounded by towering, old Oak trees—our favorites! The natural beauty of this wedding venue made for such a wonderful backdrop for their engagement session! Of course, when we got to see Brynn and Austin together, we knew it would be easy to capture romantic pictures of the two of them. They’re so much in love!

Brynn and Austin met in their senior year of high school. She fell for his curly brown hair and charm. He fell for her kindness and natural beauty. The two of them share a love for the outdoors, so the gorgeous grounds at the Oak Plantation were a natural place for their engagement session. We loved seeing how these two interact with such effortless intimacy. Their engagement session was filled with equal amounts of fun and romance. It was so much fun when they donned cowboy hats! Brynn’s hat is from Charly Horse 1 hat company and Austin’s is from The American Hat Company.

Photographing an engagement session is one of our favorite ways to get to know a couple. Spending the day photographing Brynn and Austin was wonderful, and we’re so excited to be their wedding photographers at their upcoming spring wedding at The Oaks at Oak Plantation!
