We have had the joy of shooting at countless venues around the Houston area. So today, we want to share with you our favorite wedding venues in Houston!
The Farmhouse
If you are looking for a bright white venue with endless possibilities, you will love The Farmhouse! Located one hour north of downtown Houston, this venue is perfect for couples looking for something outside of Downtown. The lighting inside is perfection, so it is a dream to photograph! The owners put a lot of thought and detail into making it stand out. You get 45 acres of rolling hills as your backdrop, with a private lake for portraits. When you get married here, you have the whole space just for you! So guests can walk around and enjoy the view, and we can capture so many portraits of the two of you!
This space can host weddings for up to 300 guests, but you can also make the space feel more intimate if you are having a smaller wedding. Everything you need is on-site! You get access to a bridal suite, groom’s suite, outdoor courtyard, and even an on-site chapel for ceremonies. The Farmhouse is one of the most stunning venues in all of Texas!
The Springs Wallisville
Every little detail has been thought out and perfectly designed at The Springs Wallisville! This venue allows you to have every moment of your wedding at a single spot, so guests don’t have to travel from ceremony to reception. You can choose from their outdoor chapel (a favorite of ours!) for your ceremony or one of their landscaped outdoor spaces.
The focal point of the venue is the Trinity Farmhouse. This barn-style venue has all white-washed walls and ceiling and high church-inspired windows. With an understated simplicity inside, you can design this venue in so many different color palettes. This is a beautiful spot for your florist to really get creative! The manicured grounds make for elegant portraits, and we love the large trees around the estate.

Willowynn Barn
Willowynn Barn is a gem hidden south of Houston in Santa Fe. This is one of our favorites for so many reasons! First, this barn-style venue is so versatile. They have vast property, including a fireplace, outdoor space, and outdoor chapel. You can use all of the spaces for your wedding and give guests the ultimate experience! Another reason we love this venue is the contemporary design. While it has a rustic barn design, it has white walls, wood ceilings, and large chandeliers. The concrete floors make it a little bit modern, while the large windows still feel cozy.
But the best reason to get married here? Willie! Willie is the shot donkey that lives on-site and is the sweetest thing. Guests always love when he walks up with his little satchel filled with shots. He really makes the cocktail hour even more fun!

Addison Woods
Located in the heart of The Woodlands, Addison Woods is all about nature. Adorned with beautiful historic oak trees and acres of open field, this venue is breathtaking. Your day starts in their getting ready suites. The bridal suite is two stories of luxury, where everyone can be pampered. The groom’s suites a private cabin decked out in leather furniture and has a poker table, pool table, TVs, and a putting green!
For your ceremony, you can choose from their ceremony lawn or their May Chapel. Cocktail hour can be spent on the lawn, or under the covered veranda. And their Reception Barn makes the perfect evening spot! The large space is over 6,000 square feet and features wrought iron chandlers and large windows.
Arrowhead Hill
If you are looking for a place for guests to stay, or even for your wedding party to stay on-site, you will love Arrowhead Hill! Arrowhead Hill is the only barn venue in the Houston area that has guest accommodations for up to 60 guests. This space is perfect if you are having an intimate micro-wedding! Guests can stay at one of their on-site cottages, which are modern and luxurious. They even have a honeymoon suite for the two of you!
This is one of the largest venues as well, with 85 acres of land. You can have your ceremony indoors at their on-site chapel, or outdoors. The Gathering is their reception space, which features concrete floors, white walls, and wood ceiling. Guests will love all of the areas and the convenience of the on-site suites!
Our Favorite Wedding Venues in Houston
One thing you will notice is that we love classic white barns! There is something so special and romantic about an all-white space. You can really make it your own, no matter what color palette you choose. Whether you go with all white and greenery or lots of color, they will always look great!
