White and Terracotta Wedding at The Springs in Wallisville

Hailey and Connor are the most adorable couple, and we’re so glad we could capture their wedding at The Springs in Wallisville! As high school sweethearts, they’ve grown up together, and the depth of their love for each other is incredible. Incidentally, we met Connor and his family in 2016 when we started our photography business! And from the moment we met Hailey and her family, we knew we had to document this couple’s I do’s. Get inspired by the boho-chic details and Texas flair of this Houston wedding!

Modern Boho Wedding at The Springs in Wallisville

We loved the color scheme of Hailey and Connor’s wedding day, which featured pops of terracotta paired with white and gold for a warm, boho-inspired palette. Hailey’s bridesmaids wore mismatched gowns of floor-length terracotta satin. Meanwhile, Hailey looked stunning in a simple crepe gown with an off-the-shoulder neckline and column skirt. Everyone also carried white flowers from Analicia’s Flower Shop! Hailey’s bridesmaids held delicate bunches of baby’s breath, which contrasted perfectly with Hailey’s statement-making bouquet of cascading orchids and lilies.

This color palette also carried into the couple’s decor for their wedding at The Springs in Wallisville’s outdoor pavilion. A sleek wooden archway with rounded sides and a pointed top set the stage for their vows. Additionally, more white flowers paired with tropical-inspired greenery complemented the white paint of the archway and pavilion. These simple yet stunning details were everything needed to beautify the space while the lush, forested surroundings took center stage.

Personalized Details and a Sweet First Look

Hailey’s family owns a whitetail deer hunting property, so she wanted to incorporate antlers into her wedding day details as a homage to them. We worked some into the stationery shots and loved the result! They were also the perfect finishing touch on the couple’s reception tablescapes, where the bride paired them with miniature white pumpkins and terracotta linens for an autumnal feel.

Hailey’s closeness with her family influenced every part of the day, including her decision to build a first look with her father into the timeline. Although she wanted to wait until the ceremony to see Connor, she knew she wanted a special moment with the first man in her life. We couldn’t get over his sweet reaction to seeing her in her dress! She even had a custom terracotta necktie made for him with a heart-shaped patch and personalized message. We love first looks of all kinds, so this was one of our favorite moments from the day!
